The first week of school at Wendhill Academy International School brought not only the excitement of reunion and the beginning of a new journey, but also a special event: the Optional Fair dedicated to middle school and high school students.

The atmosphere was lively, full of curiosity and enthusiasm. The students, together with their parents, had the opportunity to discover the entire range of optional activities and to talk directly with the teachers who coordinate these courses. It was a valuable moment of dialogue, of clarifying expectations and of consciously choosing the activities that will enrich their educational journey.

The offer of electives was varied and attractive. Students passionate about art and expression discovered electives such as choir, theater, visual arts, fashion design and gardening or children's book illustration . Those attracted to sports could opt for basketball, volleyball, football, handball or the "Happy Body, Happy Mind" program , while curious and analytical minds were challenged through rhetoric and critical thinking courses, "Smart Kids" general culture games, leadership or Debate Juniors . There was also no shortage of innovative options, such as programming through video games or activities oriented towards health and personal development, such as KinetoFan .

The event demonstrated that education is not just about the classic schedule, but also about exploring new fields, cultivating passions, and developing skills that prepare children for life. Choosing electives thus became an exercise in responsibility, but also personal discovery, carried out together – students, parents, and teachers.

At Wendhill Academy, we believe that school is a living community, where every child has the freedom to explore, experiment and build their own path. The first week of school's elective fair is a testament to this spirit of openness and collaboration.
